Job summary

ACMT,Inc is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Project Leader to drive operational excellence in aerospace manufacturing. You will lead Lean initiatives, identify efficiency opportunities, and guide projects such as facility moves and new product introductions.

You will facilitate Kaizen events, 5S, TPM, and Visual Factory programs, develop KPIs, and report on cost savings. Strong leadership and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, operations, PM, or aerospace component manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and lead teams through change.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen operational performance.
• Lead projects such as facility moves and new product introductions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, 5S, TPM, and Visual Factory initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and report improvement results and cost savings.
• Coach and mentor teams through meaningful change.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve strategic goals.
