Job summary

Safran Cabin is seeking a Lay Up & Press Operator for the WDPM shift. The role runs 4:00pm to 4:00am, Monday/Tuesday through Thursday (alternate weeks), with a base rate of $20.00/hr plus $2.00/hr shift differential. You will lay up and press panels for aircraft interiors and exteriors, and participate in production processes.

Two years of manufacturing experience and fluency in English are preferred. Overtime may be required, and a background screen is required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of steady manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fluent English, with good handwriting.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lay up and press panels for aircraft interiors and exteriors.
• Verify, cut, and kit materials.
• Operate press and saw; load/unload.
• Complete production paperwork.
• Forklift operation required for some tasks (training provided).
