Job summary

Triumph Insulation Systems is seeking motivated operators to support the production of engineered laminate materials used in the aerospace industry. This laminator and adhesive mixing operator role requires operating laminating and adhesive mixing equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency.

The position includes responsibilities such as setting up equipment per procedures, monitoring performance, performing adhesive prep, and conducting quality inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from management.

Responsibilities

• Operate laminating and adhesive mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and operate equipment according to work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance including temperatures, pressures, and laydown rates.
• Perform adhesive preparation and mixing activities for production runs.
• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished goods.
• Record production transactions and material usage accurately.
• Move materials using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain 6S standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
