Job summary

North American Specialty Laminations LLC is seeking a Lamination Production Operator L3 to operate and monitor lamination equipment on the manufacturing floor. You will set up machines, perform process control, and conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.

The role includes routine maintenance, data logging in ERP, and mentoring junior operators while upholding NASL values of integrity, solutions, service and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with lamination or converting equipment.
• Must have completed NASL training with L3 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assist the production operation team of their line in the setup, operations, and monitoring lamination machines per job specifications.
• Load and align rolls of film, foil, paper, or fabric into laminating equipment.
• Start, stop, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Ensures proper job tracking and logging in ERP.
• Aids in training other operators and sharing knowledge to advance skills.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
• Perform in-process inspections for defects (wrinkles, bubbles, adhesion).
• Measure material thickness, alignment, and bond strength using gauges.
