Responsibilities:
The selected individual will perform and manage technical laboratory work focused on aerospace surface technologies. This includes handling the full metal pretreatment process—cleaners, deoxidizers, and conversion coatings—while collaborating closely with manufacturing, the commercial team, field application engineers, and product development.

Position Overview & Key Tasks:
We offer an engaging role that involves the following responsibilities:

• Participate in testing aerospace product batches produced at the company manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering on customer lab testing and reporting.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; support the standardization and administration of lab test methods.
• Ensure all laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with customer lab demonstrations and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative.
• Technical aptitude with basic laboratory and computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A desire to learn and grow within a lab environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
