Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies seeks a shift lab supervisor to oversee the lab and technicians on 1st shift, ensuring adherence to test methods, inventory of bulk chemicals, and proper handling of controlled materials.

You will lead continuous improvement, participate in NADCAP audits, interact with vendors and customers, and coach staff, while maintaining accurate records and preparing data reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide general oversight and support for the lab and technicians.

• Evaluates supplies and materials needed for testing and directs purchasing department on correct ordering.
