Job summary

Castelion is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory integrity across physical and system environments. You will work with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure materials are received, tracked, stored, and issued to support production schedules.

Role requires attention to detail, hands-on execution, and a continuous improvement mindset to align physical stock with ERP data and enable reliable planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and document inbound inventory per procedures.
• Coordinate shipping and document outbound materials.
• Maintain ERP vs. physical inventory alignment.
• Own cycle count program and audits.
• Reconcile variances between physical and system records.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support daily production kitting and material flow.
• Optimize storage locations for space and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and security requirements.
