Job summary

SNC, a global leader in aerospace and national security, is seeking a Non-Technical Intern for a comprehensive summer program in the United States. This role offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to business operations across multiple functions.

You will participate in real projects, receive guidance from professionals, and help gather and interpret data to support business decisions. The internship is hybrid, with the chance to travel, and includes a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Relevant experience.
• Currently enrolled in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participate in actual projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals in your field.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.
• Participate in workshops designed to provide a deeper understanding of the business and company culture.
