Job summary

SNC is seeking a Non-Technical Intern for a comprehensive summer internship in our aerospace and national security environment. You will work with experienced professionals on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and participate in mentoring and cross-functional workshops that shape business operations.

You will contribute to planning, data analysis, documentation, and process improvements while developing essential skills in a collaborative, high‑stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Currently enrolled in a program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Take ownership of tasks or projects and work independently and as part of a team.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and support best practices.
• Participate in workshops to understand the business and company culture.
• Communicate ideas, progress, and findings to team members and leadership.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
