Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in St. Louis seeks an Interior Install Technician II to remove, install and fabricate aircraft interiors in support of cabin completions.

You will work under supervision with lead technicians, reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and ensuring adherence to design specs, FAA paperwork, and quality standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in interiors installation; aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of applicable installation, fabrication or related experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interiors per specs.
• Coordinate with supervision to ensure airworthiness paperwork and sign-offs.
• Use material tracking to create parts demand and sign-off work.
• Follow SOPs when using hand and powered tools; care for shop equipment.
• Prepare interior items per procedures and quality standards.
• Assist higher skilled technicians and adapt to scheduling changes.
