Job summary

Amazon Leo is recruiting for a hands-on assembly and test role in Washington state. You will assemble and test LRUs and avionics with a strong emphasis on detail, follow safety procedures, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining stock and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Candidates with 3+ years in mechanical/electrical hardware in high-reliability environments are preferred. This on-site role offers competitive base pay and a range of benefits per state law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test or installation.
• Experience in high-reliability manufacturing environments such as aerospace or defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assemble and test LRUs, assemblies, avionics and related components with attention to detail.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory.
• Self-prioritize work to meet delivery goals and company needs.
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing.
