Job summary

Divergent is seeking an Integrated Assembly Technician to join our Production Department. You will assemble, fit, and finalize additively manufactured metal components used in aerospace, defense, and automotive structures, ensuring world-class quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading drawings, performing precise assembly, and meticulous documentation. You will collaborate with engineers and production teams, follow 5S/Lean practices, and maintain a safe work area with PPE

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and precision fitting.
Experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
Knowledge of lubricants, sealants, torque specs, and fastener types.

Responsibilities

Assemble structural and mechanical components per drawings and work instructions.
Align, fit, and secure parts using appropriate fasteners and joining techniques.
Perform dry fits and verification checks before final installation.
Inspect sub-assemblies and final assemblies for dimensional accuracy and integrity.
Document measurements and inspection data with traceability.
