Job summary

Senior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, is seeking a fabrication/assembly worker for insulation forms, blankets, and related products in California. The role requires performing high-temperature insulation fabrication and related assembly tasks on a first shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or 1- 2 years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• High temperature insulation fabrication and assembly.
• Cutting metal foil and fiberglass insulation to size.
• Forming skins, making cut-outs, and punching holes; assembling foil skins and insulation layers.
• Hooking and folding edges, fabricating stiffeners, and identification tags.
• Cutting patches and tack welding seams; spot welding skins, stiffeners and patches.
• Follow all Senior policies and procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area following safety and quality standards.
