Job summary

SPI is seeking a Fabricator to operate band saws and related equipment to produce fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other insulation products. You will work safely in a fast-paced environment, measure materials precisely, and maintain high quality and housekeeping standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age, basic computer skills, and forklift certification. A high school diploma or GED is required, with manufacturing experience preferred. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to be medically certified to wear respirator if required.
• Experience in manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate band saw and other saws to fabricate insulation materials.
• Measure materials accurately and maintain quality and housekeeping.
• Meet daily production targets and follow safety requirements.
• Perform additional fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
