Essential Responsibilities
  • Able to read and understand technical documentation such as schematic diagrams and parts lists.
  • Experience using hand tools for electronic assembly.
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity to perform repetitive assembly operations with reasonable speed and accuracy.
  • Work under microscopes for long periods (good visual acuity required).
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Possess basic computer skills within a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of IPC 610 & J-STD soldering specifications.
  • Proficiency in soldering with a soldering iron.

  • Tweezers
  • Jeweler’s screwdrivers
  • Torque screwdrivers and wrenches
  • Pull test machine
  • Special equipment online station

Keen attention to detail.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • HS Diploma/GED from an accredited school.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly of small intricate parts and assemblies.
  • At least 1 year of soldering experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate soldering proficiency through skills test.
  • Ability to pass IPC 610 & J-STD certifications after training.
Desired Characteristics
  • Familiarity with ESD precautions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office, and PDF viewers.
  • Motivated and a self-starter.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers depend on obtaining authorization from the U.S. Government if applicable.
