Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a seasoned Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead the inspection team in a precision shop serving aerospace, defense, and medical sectors.

You will program and operate CMMs, laser scanners, and vision systems, oversee GD&T interpretation, and drive continuous improvement while meeting customer deadlines. Strong supervisory experience and metrology skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of quality and inspection experience.
• 4+ years of CMM programming experience.
• Proficient in blueprint reading with GD&T.
• Previous supervisory experience; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and schedule workflow for the department and team.
• Monitor inspection status and communicate with operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop inspection team members.
• Establish expectations and ensure performance management.
• Drive cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the inspection lab environment and cleanliness.
• Program and operate CMMs, laser scanning, and vision systems.
• Develop inspection plans from design drawings to meet requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of first piece and final inspections.
