Responsibilities

• Develop injection molding concepts for R&D validation and global production.
• Document robust best-practices and design rules for injection molding tools and processes.
• Improve materials property databases, boundary conditions, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
• Stay current with injection molding of ceramics, plastics, and waxes.
• Balance multiple projects and deliver timely simulation results.
• Share results across the organization and drive continued growth and advancement.
• Provide support to casting and core facilities worldwide as needed.
