Job summary

HRD is seeking an Aircraft Inflatable Technician at our Valencia, CA facility to assemble and repackage inflatables per OEM specs. The role involves reading data, measuring dimensions, and ensuring airworthiness before packing.

You will work a Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule with a focus on safety and quality, in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and the ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required; inflatable packing experience preferred.
• Strong reading of data, manuals and specifications.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Read, write and understand English; work in a team.
• OJT training and blueprint interpretation experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repackage inflatable products per OEM specifications and procedures.
• Read data and manuals to determine specs and testing methods.
• Verify dimensions and packaging; ensure airworthiness before packing.
• Follow safety rules and maintain organized work area.
• Carry out required documentation and adhere to ADS and service bulletins.
