- Follows industrialization plans for new products, transfers, and engineering changes.
- Maintains industrialization plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinates manufacturing processes and production flow with multi-functional team.
- Leads PRR and supports PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Validation.
