Job summary

Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to operate air guns, air drivers, hand tools, and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle parts flow, ensure quality, and support shipping activities while adhering to company quality standards. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with the ability to read blueprints and work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Strong quality work ethic and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per project specifications using hand and power tools.
• Assist Shipping and Receiving with preparing products for delivery.
• Visually inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects and touch up paint as needed.
