Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program at the time of the assignment.
• Eligible majors include Industrial and System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and identify improvement opportunities using data analysis and metrics.
• Review and analyze work cell layout, process flow, and material flow to establish standard work.
• Conduct labor and machine capacity analysis to identify improvements.
• Maintain and update time standards for established operations.
