Job summary

You will analyze workflows, collaborate across design, engineering, and QA, create SOPs, and lead lean initiatives while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. This hands-on role requires data-driven decisions and cross-functional teamwork to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in aerospace or EV industries preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CAD and MES.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop systems to monitor production workflows and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and QA to refine production methods.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process maps.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks.
• Evaluate tools and equipment to support manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead lean initiatives and apply theory of constraints.
