Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with one year of experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Operations Leadership to implement new technologies and optimize production layouts.
• Uses Tableau and Office to turn data into actionable insights.
• Develops daily and weekly reports to monitor labor performance.
• Analyzes work flow to improve plant efficiencies and equipment layouts.
• May establish accident prevention measures and train personnel in production operations.
• Conducts studies on cost control, inventory control, and production records.
• Develops plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
• Assists facilities engineers in planning and design of facilities.
