Job summary

Kearfott Corporation seeks an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer to drive the life-cycle sustainment strategy for aerospace and defense systems. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize supportability and readiness.

Based in Pine Brook, NJ with a potential remote arrangement for the right candidate, you will develop LCSPs, perform LORA analyses, and produce maintenance and technical data to support proposals and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a engineering/logistics related field.
• 5–10+ years in ILS, logistics engineering, sustainment engineering, or defense supportability.
• Experience with provisioning, logistics product data, maintenance planning, and supportability analysis tools.
• Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, safety, and human factors standards.
• Understanding of defense logistics standards, DoD acquisition documentation.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document maintenance concepts, including O-, I-, and Depot-level maintenance strategies.
• Conduct Level of Repair Analysis to decide repair vs. replace.
• Define support equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Perform repair analysis for cost-effective sustainment solutions.
