Cygnus, Inc. is seeking an ID & Issue Person to verify, document, and control identification of aircraft components, ensuring correct matching to drawings, part numbers, and quality records.

The role emphasizes traceability, inspection, and compliance with aerospace standards. This 1st shift position supports manufacturing, maintenance, or inspection operations, with a 9/80 schedule and attendance expectations.

Competenze

• ID and Issue experience preferred; willing to train the right person.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Mansioni

• Verify and document part identification.
• Maintain part traceability and prevent mixing of parts from different lots.
• Inspect and condition parts, document non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Issue parts for fabrication after verification of ID and approvals.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure correct identification.
• Apply part marks according to work orders and specs.
• Maintain an organized, safe work environment and follow QC procedures.
