Qualifikationen

• Sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Current enrollment in a program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.

• Participate in actual projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports as required.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements and team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices implementation.
• Participate in workshops to understand the business and company culture.
• Communicate progress and findings to team members and leadership.
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
