Jonaco Machine, LLC in Minnesota is seeking experienced Horizontal Milling Machinists Level 3 for aerospace work. You will set up and run 3-,4-,5-axis CNC mills, read blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances with GD&T. Qualifications

• 5+ years of horizontal milling experience in precision manufacturing (aerospace strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to independently set up and run complex jobs.
• Deep understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Confidence working with difficult aerospace materials.
• A mindset focused on speed, accuracy, and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis).
• Edit G-code and optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
• Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, Inconel).
• Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence.
• Own your setups, tool-life decisions, and part quality.
• Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems fast and accurately.
• Keep machines running efficiently and production on track.
