Job summary

Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy, seeks a Furnace Operator for our Cincinnati, OH facility. You will control vacuum furnaces, load/unload parts, and uphold safety and housekeeping in a precision aerospace environment.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of related experience or training preferred; familiarity with heat treating; forklift certification is a plus. This full-time, on-site role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional work experience and/or training preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating a vacuum furnace for heat treat preferred.
• Knowledge of heat treating processes preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor heat treat furnaces while following written instructions.
• Prepare parts for processing; load and unload furnaces, fixtures, baskets, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot unexpected issues and/or notify supervisor.
• Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping.
