Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly and soldering in regulated environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
• Familiarity with J-STD solder practices and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-reliability chassis and final assemblies using circuit cards, standoffs, wire harnesses, solder and crimping, and instruments.
• Perform soldering and crimping on complex sub-assemblies and assemblies, including repair work.
• Decipher and follow assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, test specs, and written/oral instructions.
• Adhere to Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures.
• Conduct running harnessing and work with motion control pointing mechanisms as required.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to diagnose and propose rework for intricate models.
