Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring an Assembly / Harnessing Technician to join the Manufacturing Assembly and Test team onsite in Chatsworth, California, on first shift.

You will build high reliability chassis and final assemblies, perform soldering and crimping on complex sub-assemblies, and follow engineering drawings.

Required are a high school diploma, 5+ years in electrical assembly and soldering, J-STD solder certification, and ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five or more years of electrical assembly and soldering experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as aerospace or FDA-regulated production.
• J-STD solder certification is required.
• Ability to read and work directly from engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high reliability chassis and final assemblies using circuit cards, wire harnesses, solder, and crimping.
• Solder and crimp on complex sub-assemblies and assemblies, including repair of boards and harnesses.
• Interpret assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and test specifications.
• Follow Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures.
• Perform running harnessing and work with motion control pointing mechanisms as required.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to diagnose and propose rework on intricate models.
