Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Instrumentation Fitter to support ground equipment for LOX and fuel testing facilities. You will build, install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, work with high-pressure systems, and collaborate with engineers to document activities.

Expect hands-on fabrication and repair, strict adherence to safety and oxygen service standards, and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with machines and tooling.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience around high-pressure systems and cryogenic, hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide GSE technician support: build, install, maintain, and troubleshoot LOX/fuel site equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and instrumentation as needed.
• Operate and maintain hardware, high-pressure systems and pumps; handle pneumatic components.
• Fabricate and repair GSE hardware and equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers to document GSE activities.
• Ensure materials are clean and inspected per Oxygen Service standards.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures; support testing operations.
