The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of industrial experience. Candidates must follow detailed procedures, wear PPE, and document labor hours and process results accurately.

Qualifications

• One or more years of industrial experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and percent calculations.
• Ability to apply instructions and work safely in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning per procedures.
• Follow process sheets, travelers, routers, and repair manuals to ensure compliance.
• Wear and maintain PPE and follow safety, environmental, and handling procedures.
• Verify correct blast media, pressure, and parameters for each operation.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and report malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
