Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer to manage entry points, verify identities, and enforce badge and visitor policies at our Midland-area facilities. The role supports IP protection and export-controlled areas in collaboration with Corporate Security and facilities teams.

You will monitor CCTV, maintain visitor logs, and assist with incident response while ensuring life safety and regulatory compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in corporate security or front desk security preferred.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or export-controlled environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control primary entry points to facilities.
• Verify identity and credentials before granting access.
• Enforce badge policies and visitor management procedures.
• Issue and collect temporary badges; maintain logs and records.
• Monitor CCTV and access systems for unauthorized activity; escalate as needed.
