Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk customer service to employees, visitors and contractors in an aerospace/defense environment.
• Monitor access, verify IDs and issue temporary credentials as needed.
• Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, deliveries and guests professionally.
• Maintain access-control systems, alarms and communications and report irregularities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies and document activities.
