Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Foundry Helper on 1st Shift in City of Industry, CA, to support our aerospace foundry operations. You will assist with material handling, loading/unloading furnaces, and organizing parts and tools while ensuring accurate documentation and safe work practices.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to lift 10–40 lbs; overtime and weekend work are common.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Able to lift 10–40 lbs and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transports materials and tools between departments.
• Loads or unloads casting furnaces.
• Organizes parts and tools and checks documentation.
• Removes loose pieces from cores and prepares for next operation.
• Sets up and operates foundry machinery with training.
• Maintains clean work area and equipment.
• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Supports foundry operators as needed.
