Staffmark Group in South Gate, CA is seeking motivated Forge Apprentices to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in forging, heat treatment, inspection, and metal processing, with pay rate $19.50 to $20.48 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform final surface inspection and conditioning of forged parts before shipment.
• Apply product identification markings according to specifications.
• Prepare furnace loads based on material type and production requirements.
• Verify part counts, straightness, and flatness before and after heat treatment.
• Perform cold and hot straightening of materials as needed.
• Conduct hardness inspections on forged products.
• Assist with furnace startup and monitor heat treatment processes.
• Support production operations and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
