Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of Project Management experience in aerospace.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting aircraft development, certification, or flight test programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Experimental Flight Test projects against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Partner with engineering, suppliers, and customers to drive project success.
• Develop schedules, priorities, and allocation plans for multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation activities.
• Monitor performance and provide executive status updates.
• Coordinate safety and security processes related to flight test activities.
• Prepare budgets and report on financial performance.
• Coordinate activities across multiple sites and remote collaboration.
