Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using quality techniques for inspections.
• Two+ years of college or technical training.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to train on changes and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of QMS reporting and procedural compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AS9100 procedures and support continuous improvement.
• Inspect flight hardware and validate documentation.
• Prepare customer conformity reviews and related materials.
• Read engineering drawings to support inspection.
• Support bubbled drawing data pack preparation.
• Interact with customer source inspectors and provide inspection support.
• Review customer and Karman quality requirements.
• Assist production schedule demands, including overtime when requested.
• Ensure no delivery of non-conforming product.
• Collaborate within quality and with production teams.
• Use AS9100 QMS procedures and tools.
• Understand product impact in case of failure and support product safety.
