Moog's Military Aircraft Group seeks a Manufacturing Product Deburring / Finishing Operator in Torrance, CA. You will perform bench and machine finishing tasks on aerospace parts, following operation sheets and blueprints, ensuring high-quality results.

The role requires 3+ months in deburring/finishing in aerospace, strong fine motor skills, and basic computer use. Onsite work in Torrance, CA, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on precision and safety.

Qualificações

• Requires HS diploma or GED, and ability to read/understand English work instructions.
• Ability to understand verbal, written, and computer-based instructions in English.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in deburring or finishing in an aerospace machine shop is preferred.
• Fine motor skills with strong attention to detail are essential.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Outlook) are required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bench and machine operations to clean, polish, deburr, and inspect parts to meet quality standards.
• Work from operation sheets, blueprints, sketches, and part bodies to plan the sequence of work.
• Select and sharpen tooling as needed; use appropriate lighting and inspection gauges to meet specifications.
• Maintain excellent visual acuity and eye/hand coordination for precise finishing tasks.
• Inspect own work for defects and take corrective actions as needed to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Handle small parts and perform finishing and detail work across multiple components.
