RTX is offering an entry level Financial Planning Analyst position in the Global Sensors & Mission Systems (GSMS) SSBU of Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS). You will support weekly/monthly sales forecasts, AOP updates, variance analysis, and EAC development within a cross-functional team handling defense programs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, forecasting and/or process improvement.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting or data visualization.

Aufgaben

• Support development and maintenance of weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and updates.
• Perform variance analysis and identify cost, schedule, and performance drivers.
• Contribute to EAC development and updates.
• Communicate insights to program leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial tracking.
