Safran Seats is seeking a Field Service Technician - Supervisor in San Antonio, TX. You will mentor mechanics, manage daily tasks, and drive Safran processes while ensuring timely installation and repair of aircraft seats.

Responsibilities include coordinating crew workloads, reviewing production reports, and addressing quality issues. The Gainesville, Texas facility highlights our commitment to top-notch seating, supported by strong teamwork and safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in related technical field preferred.
• 6 years of technical field service experience in aerospace.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Mechanics on technical skills, best practices and adherence to Safran processes.
• Get daily Airframer non-conformity and production reports.
• Direct crew and set daily tasks priority for Safran aircraft workload; assign jobs to mechanics and lead standup/ status meetings.
• Create emergent removal paperwork to install/ replace parts at the Airframer.
• Report Quality issues to the appropriate parties within the organization and analyze with Mechanics.
• Weekly review Airframer Production Reports to keep team updated on milestones.
