Verify, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Quality Engineer focused on First Article Inspections (FAI) for aerospace and defense clients. The role centers on reviewing, approving, and auditing FAIs to ensure compliance with AS9102 and related standards across multiple commodities.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain traceability, and improve FAI processes. A strong background in aerospace QA and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace/defense with FAI focus.
• Hands-on manufacturing across multiple commodities.
• Strong ability to interpret complex drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of AS9102, AS9100 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and audit FAIs per AS9102.
• Validate drawings, certificates, specs, and documentation.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of data packages.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Provide guidance on FAI processes and improvements.
• Support timely and accurate FAI submissions.
• Mentor junior teammates and drive CAPA where needed.
