Job summary

Requirements include 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification willingness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance or janitorial experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic work orders and maintenance requests.
• Assist with routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Log tasks into ERP system and coordinate with vendors.
