Job summary

Hermeus is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our Los Angeles facilities. This role involves ensuring safety and organizational readiness across various aerospace environments.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple sites, coordinate vendors, and uphold operational readiness while addressing urgent facility needs. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience are necessary.

The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually, along with comprehensive health benefits and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of Hermeus’ Los Angeles facilities.
• Conduct routine facility assessments to identify maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance.
