Job summary

Truline Industries, Inc. in Wickliffe, Ohio seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine preventive maintenance.

The role demands strong technical/mechanical skills and the ability to work independently or with a team. On-site schedule is Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm with overtime as needed; starting pay is $22 per hour, with potential raises after 90 days and a robust benefits package including healthcare, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical and mechanical background with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks under the Facilities Maintenance Manager while coordinating with other departments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles, fabrication machinery, and building systems.
• Light construction tasks: carpentry, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and running airlines/hoses.
• Keep shop supplies inventory and support landscape, hardscape, and irrigation work.
• Follow aerospace quality standards and safety procedures.
