Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Design Manager for aerospace facilities with a focus on hyperscale data centers across the United States. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage the design through construction drawing issuance, and coordinate with clients and external design partners.

The role requires strong communication, extensive project coordination, and the ability to travel up to 30% domestically to site and client locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project design experience in aerospace facilities or similar large-scale projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with final client teams.
• Familiar with project plans, specs, schedules and internal/external coordination.
• Proficient with ACC or BIM-based design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design requirements for hyperscale data centers across the United States.
• Manage design process from campus planning to construction drawings and coordination of external design teams.
• Coordinate procurement, change orders, and information flow to vendors and suppliers.
• Travel up to 30% domestically to sites and client locations.
• Ensure deliverables meet milestones and client formatting standards.
