Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Aerospace Facilities Design Manager for our American Places group. This role can be based anywhere in the USA and will involve coordinating a design team to deliver hyperscale data center projects from planning through construction drawings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in aerospace facilities or equivalent large construction programs, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Autodesk ACC/BIM tools. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project design experience in Aerospace Facilities or similar large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating internal and external Teams and final client teams.
• Experience developing project plans, specs, schedules and design coordination.
• Proficient with Autodesk ACC or BIM-based workflows.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering; PE/NCARB/RA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management for hyperscale data center projects across the US.
• Oversee design process from campus planning to issue of construction drawings.
• Coordinate procurement, change orders, and design deliverables with external teams.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Travel up to 30% domestically to sites and client locations.
