Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an AeroSpace Facilities Design Manager to support our American Places group. This role can be based anywhere in the USA, with travel up to 30% to client sites.

You will lead the design process from campus planning to construction drawings, coordinating internal and external teams and ensuring milestones are met. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project design experience in aerospace facilities or large complex construction projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working directly with final client teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client requirements for hyperscale data center design across the United States.
• Manage design process from campus planning through construction drawings and oversee external design team.
• Coordinate procurement, change orders, and engineering information with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure milestones and deadlines are met and deliverables align with client format requirements.
• Travel up to 30% domestically to project sites and client meetings.
