Job summary

Boeing is seeking an experienced welder for a contract assignment based in Kent, WA. You will perform manual GTAW welding, set up and operate welding equipment, and work with aerospace-grade alloys in a structured production environment.

Training will be provided in Kent, and the assignment includes optional benefits through the staffing partner. Must meet physical requirements and pass certification tests as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 1+ hours.
• HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW welding on aircraft components using various alloys.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate welding equipment and process controls.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and AWS symbols per requirement.
• Maintain quality through self-inspection and compliance with specs.
• Adapt welding to different weld cell locations and materials.
