Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Tulsa is seeking an Engineering and Planning Assistant (Part-Time) to support the Engineering and Planning team with creating and maintaining technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation. The role requires use of drafting software and MS Office, with adherence to ITAR compliance and safety policies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and coursework in engineering or drafting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear communication in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work with Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality and other teams

Responsibilities

• Create and revise part drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and documentation using CAD/drafting software
• Assist with production planning documents, inventory data, and material requirements
• Enter and maintain information in engineering, planning, and business systems
• Ensure documentation accuracy, formatting, and revision control
• Organize electronic files and technical records following procedures
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve documentation questions
• Follow quality requirements, work instructions, and safety policies
• Attend onsite daily and perform any other duties as required
